Cincinnati Casino Incentivizes Covid 19 Vaccinated Guests
With casinos reopening and lives beginning to embrace normalcy, the Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is making sure that the gamblers comply with the new protocols of the casino. Accordingly, the casino has decided to incentivize visitors with new freebies if they can show their COVID 19 vaccination certificates. Throughout this month, guests will receive $5 freebies at the Wild Card Club upon showing their COVID-19 vaccination proof. However, this offer is valid for this month only and is non-transferable.
Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, formerly known as Jack Cincinnati Casino and Horseshoe Cincinnati, is a popular casino in Cincinnati, Ohio, founded in 2013. It is owned by Vici Properties (a real estate investment trust based in New York City) and managed by Hard Rock International (a leading chain of entertainment facilities in the USA). The two-storied casino is 100,000 square feet, located on a 23-acre land on the northeast side of Downtown Cincinnati. It hosts a total of 2,000 slot machines, a 31-table World Series of Poker room, and 85 table games to entertain the visitors. Other facilities like the Cincinnati Food Hall, Prism, and the Starbucks café are also located inside the property.
As part of the new protocol to control the spread of the novel Coronavirus in and around Ohio, all the casinos will operate at 50% capacity and will have specific playing hours. Masks are mandatory at the Hard Rock Casino, and the casino will operate at 20% capacity. Employees and guests have to get their temperatures checked before entering the casino. Electrostatic automizers are also being used inside the casino to disinfect large surfaces very quickly. Also, there are cleaning crews appointed in the Hard Rock Casino as well as in other casinos in Ohio. These crews work in shifts throughout the day to keep high-touched areas like buttons, chips, cards, and screens sanitized all the time. Moreover, most slot machines are turned off in the casino, and others are kept at 6 feet distance apart so that it becomes easier to follow social distancing norms inside the casino. Poker tables are removed from the casino with black-jack tables, and Craps are also kept limited to only 3 to 4 players with plexiglass barriers kept in between them to keep them separated from each other.
However, this is not the first instance in Ohio to incentivize Covid-19 vaccinated guests; many local businesses have started to offer interesting incentives to people for showing their vaccination certificates. Local transit providers are also offering free rides to people for going to vaccination locations. All these are steady efforts to vaccinate residents of Ohio.
